The BIM Challenge is an international competition which is part of BIM for STUDENTS, a project aiming to promote the BIM (Building Information Modelling) concept in the academic environment.

 

The competition supports innovation, creativity and efficiency as well as BIM skills, while offering students the unique opportunity to work on a common interdisciplinary project from the concept to the detailing phase. Students will have to deal with technical issues, but they will also learn about teamwork, communication skills and cost-effective architectural and engineering design. 

 

Our goal is not only to give students a set of CAD-based skills but more importantly show them how to tackle themes like sustainability, energy efficiency or financial accessibility while negotiating their solutions with team members specialized in other fields.
